Friends in Places was created to make holiday travel a more meaningful and positive experience, by allowing families and groups of all kinds to forge lasting friendships with people the world over. Looking into visiting a specific country? We’ll introduce you to people who live there, and you can learn about your chosen country from those who know it best of all. As well as getting to know new people, you’ll benefit from the insider knowledge that you don’t get in travel brochures. You could even arrange to meet up with your friends when you arrive.

If you already have a holiday arranged, we can put you in touch with people who will be going to the same place. Our Travel Planner lets you post destinations and travel dates; we’ll do the rest, and you can make friends with fellow travellers, before you travel.
